Though this room is not large it makes up for that with the amazing sunrise and ocean views that very few locations in town offer from a bedroom specially at this price. For those who sleep in, and do not love the amazing million dollar sunrises, there is a steel shutter sitting outside the window that can be put up to block that amazing sunrise. If going on orca, whale or dive trips 5 minute walk to boat launch. Guest access A majority of the property, all beach area and the rooms, and 3 community bathrooms and one kitchen. My tool room, TV room and my second kitchen which are separate are off limits. During your stay I am present on the location on a daily basis, out windsurfing when the wind is up.. Other things to note We have privacy and security yet a short walk to the thick of activities in LaVentana. You do not need a car here yet you can sleep at night because the bars and crowded resorts are a good walk away. There is a farmers market within walking distance once a week, 60 meters away. Grocery stores within walking distance. We are in the main area of LaVentana, 200 yards north of the La Ventana campground,, not in the boonies so no car is needed. We have the nicest outdoor kitchen in the area, yet we are walking distance to 8 mid to low cost places to eat. You have limited fridge and freezer space for each room, 2 shelves to keep some items and dry shelf space. There are cooking utensils and stove oven for people who are cooking fans. This is a great area to launch your kite or windsurf rig. There are plenty of people to catch your kite just downwind a bit. If you are a good kiter self launch or walk downwind 300 yards if novice. A short beach walk. We get very dusty when the winds hit over 20mph specially the kitchen because it is outdoor. During the winter, beach volleyball every morning in the campground 10 minute walk. When the garbage is full, take out to the main container if you are going to use the kitchen. If the community 5 gallon drinking bottle is empty you place 50 pesos in it and change it out with a full one. The tap water is good enough for cooking pastas.
