We welcome your family to experience Corrales charm in our custom-built Adobe home. Surrounded by Rio Grande River and greenbelt in the midst of Southwest desert, our 4 bedrooms, 2 baths house boasts an artistic with traditional design with modern sensibilities. We hope you can step away from the metropolitan life and create memories in this special time. Whether your family enjoy hiking trails, exploring the local wineries and fine restaurants, this will be once in a life time family vacations. The space Unwind and enjoy your family time in a private, spacious and leisure property overlooking the Sandia Mountain and watching the balloon rising in the sunrise, this is a one-of-a-kind experience that your family will never forget. Relaxing in an open space with fruit trees surrounded, sitting by the patio table while watching the horses walking along, younger children kicking soccer balls or running around in the fenced over an acre back yard, or enjoy an afternoon playing volleyball in the full-sized court with artificial turf. The interior of the house features 4 bedrooms and 2baths, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. In addition, there are foldable couch, sofa bed and a junior bunk bed and a toddler bed that can give you flexibility of how the sleeping arrangement at your desire. The Space The living area is a perfect place to unwind, boasting a harmonious blend of rustic charm and artistic elegance. The formal dining area offers a picturesque view through the windows, showcasing the beautiful Sandia mountain. The family room has a TV and a DVD player, and you can connect to your personal device for playing movies or your favorite youtube. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has windows to give you views of the yards while your children are playing outside. Outdoor Spaces Our property is a true oasis surrounded by farm animals in our neighborhood, you'll hear the birding chipping, and you will find chickens, sheeps, goats, donkeys, peacocks, horses and many more in our neighborhood. This is a peaceful escape where you can relax and connect with nature. Corrales may be a small village but it is alive with galleries to explore, unique retail establishments with one-of -a kind merchandise, restaurants featuring a variety of food for all tastes and miles of tree lined trails to explore. Our popular festivals and events including the annual Garden Tour, Corrales Art Studio Tour, the Harvest Festival, Scarecrow festival and Starlight Parade provide you with a chance to experience the best Corrales has to offer. Guest access Guest will enjoy the whole house, entering the property from the private gate and enjoy the fully fenced Family House. Please understand that Corrales is a quiet place to enjoy a quality of life, and there will be no parties of any kind. Please treat this is your house and respect our neighbors.
