Independent room of 20 m2 with adjoining and private bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is located upstairs with its own entrance accessible by a staircase from the courtyard. Located in the center of the village, 5 minutes' walk from the shops. Nothing luxurious, the house is old, we are renovating it over time. I live on the territory of 3 cats. The accommodation is located in my property, a 5-minute walk from the center of the village. - Free private parking space inside the property for two cars/van, and free parking spaces on the street. - Access to all shops within a 5-minute walk (bakery, newsstand, coffee shop, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store...). - Senséo coffee maker and kettle available in the room, with coffee pods and tea bags and herbal teas. A bakery is accessible 2 minutes walk from your room in the village. I no longer offer breakfast service in the morning, you will be completely autonomous. - Double bed 140 x 190 cm, new mattress and bed base - Linens and towels provided. - Access to the Garden area, shared with the residents of the house. I would love to show you some nice walks around the village. you can also discover the "cabanes de Lansargues", it is a preserved area in the Petite Camargue along the ponds, where you can see the fauna and flora typical of our region (pink flamingos, bulls, egrets...) - In summer, the village of Lansargues is quite lively, possibility of lunch and dinner on the terrace in the village square (2 restaurant bars and a pizzeria). - Access to the beaches 25 minutes by car: La Grande Motte, Le Grau du Roi, Carnon, Palavas. - Lansargues is located 23 km from Montpellier and 40 km from Nîmes, two cities that offer a great wealth of heritage (museums, excursions in the old town...). Possible to get there by train via Lunel or Baillargues train station, 10 minutes from the accommodation by car (free parking). Guest access I will welcome you in person on the day of your arrival and give you the keys. Discreet, I am never far away if needed. The guest room is located on the first floor of the house where I live, independent access by the outside staircase. You get great independence and tranquility. During your stay I am never very far away and can be reached by phone. Other things to note 8 kg washing machine available price: €5 per machine.
