Small room in a well kept and clean condo shared with owner and two kitties. Full size bed with extra linens. Small closet. Smart TV with Netflix. In Summerside close to all it has to offer. Credit Union place. Boardwalk. Spinnakers Landing, restaurants advise more. 45 minutes to Charlottetown. 30 mins to North Rustico and Cavendish. Access to shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Keurig with coffee / tea / hot chocolate pods / cereal bar. BBQ (seasonal). Patio with outside dining area. The space 2 bedroom Condo. Guest access Shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Front patio and back deck with BBQ. Laundry on 7 days or Longer stays. During your stay I can hang out and chat or leave you completely alone. I usually just be polite and if the guest engages then I'm more than happy to have a chat.
