During your stay We will not be on the premises during your stay except for necessary maintenance, landscaping, cleaning and necessary showings of only the Common Areas and unbooked bedrooms for potential Guests. We are accessible by phone and the Airbnb messaging app. Other things to note This bedroom is located in a self-contained unit that is part of a triplex. It has shared walls but NO shared indoor or backyard patio spaces. Everyone in this unit has access to its own fully fenced backyard. Parking in driveway is shared with the entire triplex and on a first come first served basis. There is ample free street parking.
