The space On the main level: Open layout living room, dining room and kitchen space with vaulted ceiling providing ample room for hanging out and visiting. Wood burning fireplace for cooler nights. Southeast facing windows with outdoor deck along the length of the house overlooking Lake Santeetlah. Master bedroom with vaulted ceiling on main level with full bath, walk in shower, and private deck access. Half bath located just off the living room. Walk in pantry just off the kitchen and full laundry room available. Lower level has three additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower. Media room with 75 inch TV perfect for movie viewing. Another deck along the entire length of the back of the house providing incredible views while staying shaded. A concrete patio is located at ground level providing access to the gangway and dock. This area can be used for cornhole. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests except for one storage closet. Other things to note There is a marina 200 yards across the lake that rents boats and water toys! Steve and Marcella would be happy to assist you. The location is off Deyton Camp Road. Graham County/ Robbinsville does not have a garage service which runs garbage trucks to residential properties. Guests are expected to drop off all household trash at sanitation disposal sites. Address of locations are provided in the house manual.
