The ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom includes dual sinks and a spacious shower, offering a private retreat. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, essential hygiene products, and body lotion to ensure you have everything you need to refresh and unwind during your stay. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs. Enjoy sleek stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher (detergent provided) and stove. For cooking, you'll find high-quality ceramic nonstick cookware, making meal prep easy and cleanup a breeze. We’ve also stocked a coffee maker and a Nespresso Vertuo machine with both caffeinated and decaf pods, plus coffee grounds, creamer, sugar, and a selection of teas. You'll also find a French press, coffee grinder, and blender tucked away in the cabinets for added convenience. ☆☆ LAUNDRY ☆☆ The laundry room is equipped with a large, modern washing machine and dryer to make extended stays or mid-trip refreshes easy. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board to keep clothes looking their best. ☆☆ DINING ☆☆ The dining area features a spacious table that comfortably seats 8, perfect for shared meals or game nights. In addition, there are two bar seating areas around the kitchen that together accommodate 4 more guests, making it easy to gather, snack, or socialize throughout the space. Guest access The home is set up for self check-in. If you require any assistance during your stay, do not hesitate to reach out. The owner's closet, outdoor shed and breaker room are not accessible to guests. Other things to note The following is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 fine per incident, but not limited to: - Unregistered guests - Smoking - Pets/service animals, unless previously approved and verified - No parties or large gatherings - Failure to vacate before the specified checkout time - Report all damage regardless of its nature or extent. - Place all trash in bins. If it is full, you may dispose the trash in the community dumpster. - We ask that you respect the checkout time so our team has ample time to clean before the next guest. - By making a reservation, you agree to the HOA Community rules and CC&Rs. A copy will be provided for your reference before arriving at the property and within the house in the house booklet. - Early check-in/late check-out may be subject to additional fees.
