Our bungalow is a calmly eclectic get away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy a new kitchen with dishwasher, new gas range and oven, and ice maker in the freezer. Relax with the family in a peaceful neighborhood. A huge fenced yard lets your children run and play safely. 15 minutes from Tulsa. 5 minutes from Sand Springs shops, restaurants, and Walmart. 5 minutes to Lake Keystone. This is a strategically located base camp for launching multiple day-trip excursions during an extended stay. The space With over an acre of fenced yard you will find plenty of room for the children to run and play. We have table and four chairs under the covered back patio, and a similar table and chairs in the courtyard on the opposite side of the house. There is a car port next to the back door and extra parking under the pine trees. Guest access When you pull in to park you will notice three small buildings ahead of you in the back corner of the property. From left to right they are the Coffee Grinder, the Bunkhouse, and the Tool Shed. They are off limits. Everything else is fair game, but: 1. Don’t swim in the goldfish pool. 2. Don’t climb on the fences. 3. No yodeling on the front porch. Other things to note When you pull through the entrance at the back of the property there is room for one vehicle under the carport. If you have more vehicles park under the pine trees to the right. Please leave the central lane open as we have a real rootin’ tootin’ cowboy residing back in the bunkhouse. Three more things. 1. Be careful backing out. Don’t back into the utility pole. 2. Watch for traffic when backing out. We have neighbors down the lane. 3. Please do not park outside of the fence. The neighbors are nice, but they will complain.
