Small apartment for two, just a few steps from the beach of Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, on the west coast of Sardinia. A quiet spot to relax and explore the Sinis area. Cozy spaces and a fully equipped kitchen make your stay simple and pleasant. The space 🏠 Inside, you’ll find a cozy living/sleeping area with a practical vertical fold-away bed featuring a 160x200x14 cm water foam mattress. When not in use, the bed frees up space for the living area, which includes a dining table and a TV for relaxing evenings. There’s also a wardrobe for your belongings and a sideboard for kitchenware and other items. Through an arch from the living/sleeping area, you access the kitchen, compact yet fully equipped to meet the cooking needs of at least two people. From the kitchen, you can reach the bathroom. Intimate and functional, it includes a cabinet with mirror and lights, a small cupboard, a toilet, a bidet, and a shower. At the main entrance, you’ll find a small private courtyard with a table, chairs, and an umbrella – perfect for a sunset aperitif or simply relaxing. This is the only area where smoking is allowed. Pets are not permitted. Note: There’s no washing machine or dishwasher, but we’re always happy to help make your stay comfortable – just ask in the chat if you need anything. During the cold season, the house is available but has no central heating. Blankets and a Zibro heater are provided for comfort. Parking 🅿️ You can park for free right in front of the entrance gate; it’s rarely occupied by other vehicles.
