This space is great to relax and enjoy the the beauty of Mexican flora and fauna. You’re a short drive south from Puerto Vallarta if you’re craving more action and amenities. Otherwise you can find all your needs met in the area, including restaurants, stores, beach, pharmacy & many activities . ◦ The space The primary bedroom has a king size mattress and the guest suites have queen mattresses. The unit includes 3 brand new smart TVs : 65’ in the living room 32’ in the kitchen 55’ in the primary bedroom The primary unit also includes a safe and bidet feature in the in-suite bath. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the entire penthouse. As well as a common area pool, common area laundry room and library that are all located on the property. Other things to note -the private pool inside inside the penthouse has a solar blanket. The blanket help keeps the temperature high and the pool clean. -the penthouse has a printer you’re welcome to use during your stay - there are several different types of games you’re welcome to use: playing cards & poker chips, UNO, Jenga, Twister, Sorry, Trouble, Chess, Ring Toss, Darts, Swing hook game, Memory, Video Game console with over 20,000 games. -there are a variety of books of different genres for your reading pleasure. -the penthouse is close enough to the zoo, you can hear the lions and tigers roar daily. -Fun fact, you can see Mismaloya on your tv screen! The John Huston directed movie starring Richard Burton and Ava Gardner titled “The Night of the Iguana” was filmed in “virgin” Mismaloya over 5 decades ago. You can still see parts of the movie set today. -If you’d like to see Mismaloya from more current times check out the hit series “Acapulco” on Apple TV. Season 1 was filmed in Mismaloya, on the beach, in the town and at the Barcelo hotel and resort. The hotel was painted a hot pink color during filming. You can even see the penthouse in the background of certain scenes.
