Our family home is in the charming coastal village of St Agnes, a 20 minute walk from the beach. Unique independent shops, great walking along the famous SW coast path in a World Heritage Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and with world-class surfing breaks - all on the doorstep. The space Our home has three bedrooms for guests to enjoy, arranged over two floors - one twin and one double on the middle floor, and one super king on the top floor. Each bedroom has either drawers or a wardrobe for storage. There is a downstairs toilet, a family bathroom on the middle floor and an en-suite shower room on the top floor. The main living space is on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen with all the mod cons, including oven, hob, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. At the back of the house is the living/dining room with a large corner sofa and sofa bed (a generous single) at one end, and dining table which comfortably seats 6 at the other end. This room has fantastic light from the French doors backing onto the south-facing garden. Guest access The whole house will be yours, except one room on the middle floor which will be locked. We will use this as storage for our clothes and other belongings, to ensure the rest of the house is clear for you to enjoy. Other things to note The whole of the downstairs has underfloor heating which is controlled from panels within each main room. The middle and top floors are heated via radiators which are all controlled from a single panel on the landing of the middle floor.
