Stunning views. • We don’t recommend walking dogs around the estate due to other guests and dogs, but plenty of local walks are available Getting Around • Sainsbury’s: 2-minute drive • Bath city centre: 12 minutes by train from Bradford-on-Avon station Guest access The Estate & Access • Please follow directions to get to us and parking detailed on your check-in email. • Self-check-in: no meet and greet required • Come and go as you please; you may not see us at all • Guidebook with lots of useful information • Simple instructions for everything in a metal drawer by the books close to the bed. • We’re happy to help or give suggestions if needed Other things to note Non-cancellable rates: If you book a non-cancellable rate, please note that we cannot cancel or move it. • Lights: Please turn off lights when you go out. We keep our rates low and aim to be environmentally friendly, so we appreciate your help. • Parking: There is designated free private off-road parking for up to two cars. • Private access: You will have your own private access to the Old Pool House. The main house is Granby House, which is entirely separate from the Old Pool House and is our home (not a hotel 😃). • Garden & patio: You have your own patio and section of the garden. Please note it is not enclosed, which may be relevant if you have dogs. • Pool: The pool is empty, covered, and never in use. • Dogs: We have spaniels ourselves and are dog-friendly! You can also use the dog playing fields on the estate, but we will provide details only after you book, as a booking is required to access them. • Car charger: A car charger is available by arrangement at £20 per session (paid in advance). Please ask us so we can organize it for you. • Extras: We have a travel cot with bedding already in the cupboard and a BBQ available—let us know ahead of your booking if you need either. • Accessibility: Gravel, minimal exterior lighting, and steps mean the property is not ideal for those with limited walking abilities. • Estate rules: We know people enjoy exploring the estate, but please do not take your dogs to the cutting garden or dog fields unless you have a booking.
