Bradford on Avon is close by & Bath just 12 mins by train, combining a peaceful country escape with great days out. Dogs are very welcome, with private dog exercise fields available to book on site. A dog bed and other useful dog essentials are provided. Our two private, award-winning dog play fields can be booked at a special guest rate - ideal after a long journey or for a final run before heading home, with beautiful countryside views. Please do not walk dogs around the estate due to other guests and dogs, but there are plenty of lovely walks nearby and the dog fields of course. Location • Sainsbury’s - 2-minute drive • Bradford on Avon - close by • Bath - just 12 minutes by train from Bradford-on-Avon Guest access The Estate & Access • Please follow directions to get to us and parking detailed on your check-in email. • Self-check-in: no meet and greet required • We have spaniels, ponds and gravel and so this property is not suitable for toddling infants under two unless they are babies you can easily carry. • Simple instructions for everything in a metal drawer by the books close to the bed. • We have 3 rentals onsite which need to be turned over and maintained and so unfortunately cannot accommodate early check in requests or late check outs without additional charges. Other things to note • Non-cancellable bookings cannot be moved or refunded. • A cot is available under the bed and spare towels and cot bedding are in the wardrobe. • Please turn off lights when out for the day - we keep rates low and aim to be environmentally friendly. • We provide towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee and milk. • A gas BBQ is available by request. Please leave it clean after use (cleaning items provided) or a £15 cleaning fee will apply. • The Granby team may be working around the grounds and gardens, but should not disturb your stay. • Please take care with dogs. Your patio is for your exclusive use but the main grounds are a shared space, so please do not walk them around the grounds, feed animals, or enter the veg plot. Please do not leave dogs unattended during your stay and they may only be taken to the dog fields with a confirmed booking. Up to two well behaved dogs can stay and additional dogs may be accommodated with a charge and prior agreement. • Bridal bookings: if you are staying the night before your wedding and plan to have makeup artists, hairdressers, florists or chauffeurs attend, they must be booked and paid for as guests, even if not staying overnight. Given we have 3 rentals, visitors who are not staying on your booking, are not permitted on the estate. • Checkout is 11am. You can arrange a late checkout subject to availability for an additional £20 per hour up to 1pm if arranged and paid at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
