The dining table seats 6 plus we provide a high chair + booster seat. We supply the following in the kitchen:. -Dual Drip Coffee Maker -Nespresso Mini Espresso Machine -Coffee grounds, Nespresso pods, tea, creamer, sugar + filters -KitchenAid mixer w/attachments -Blender -Instant Pot and CrockPot -Toaster -Dinnerware, Cookware, pots + pans, strainer, salad spinner, grater -Children's Dinnerware: cups, plates, and eating utensils -Cooking spray, salt, pepper, + spices MAIN FLOOR LIVING ROOM: Gather the family around the big screen! We've got a giant smart TV. Login to your own streaming services so you feel right at home. LOWER LEVEL: While our basement is unfinished, it is not lacking in value! -Kids Play area with many toys + books -Sit + Stand Desk with chair -Kids Hangout area with bean bags, couch, and rings to burn some energy! -Washer + Dryer (detergent provided) BATHROOMS: -Primary Bathroom: Ensuite in primary bedroom -Bathroom 2: Main level off the kitchen Each bathroom has a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. BACKYARD SPACE: -Covered patio with cozy seating, twinkle lights, and propane firepit -Fully-fenced in yard, perfect for pets -Sandbox with shovels and dump trucks - perfect for kids! LAUNDRY: -Washer and dryer located in lower level -Detergent provided PARKING: -Two stall garage (3rd stall is not accessible for guests) -Parking for 3 + vehicles available on driveway -Plenty of street parking Guest access No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a code specific to you. Other things to note FAQs: Early check-in? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. Late Check-out? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time. Is this a shared home? - Nope! It's all yours! Do you offer a cleaning service? - Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us! Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? - No. This is against Airbnb policy. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account.
