Quiet apartment in the municipality of Guichen. Equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and one accessible bedroom. Close to the Rennes-Redon axis, 10 minutes from the Rennes Exhibition Centre and 15 minutes from the Rennes "Gaité" metro station. The space A quick note: This apartment is my primary residence, where I live with my children. The apartment is therefore occupied year-round. I'm leaving the entire apartment at your disposal, except for the two children's bedrooms. Guest access Since my parking space is located at the other end of the complex, I recommend parking in the public parking lot closest to the building. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but provided that I have time to clean between guests. Your comfort comes first 😊.
