Full studio. This beautiful space was designed with a great local architect. All is thought out, planned, and ready for a great vacation. The studio has a beautiful view, surrounded by nature. It has a balcony with outdoor table and umbrella. The hosts can guide you on the best places to walk around Cancun and its surroundings. We speak English. We are located less than 10 minutes from Cancun airport and 15 minutes from the beach!!! The space We are a couple with a 4 year old son and an adorable puppy, who does not make any noise. The house is two stories, surrounded by nature. So we like to take care of her. The Studio is located at the top of the house and has a private entrance. The studio door is sliding, with sound-absorbing glass, allowing for complete privacy. Guest access They have a separate entrance, a key that only guests have. We share a balcony and outdoor table. Other things to note It is necessary (for maintenance) that people who stay more than 7 days, clean the studio with a cleaning lady of our trust, once every 8 days at least. The cost is $200 pesos, direct cash payment to the lady. House Rules are signed at the entrance.
