We've got pots and pans and baking utensils too! Microwave, toaster, blender, electric teapot, baking trays, pizza pan, sharp knives, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook from home, or order in and really enjoy it! We also provide a starter pack of oil, vinegar, spices, salt, pepper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods. 🔹COFFEE & TEA🔹 We provide a starter selection of coffee and tea for your enjoyment. We also provide starter coffee creamer and a variety of sugars. Make coffee with the Keurig or do a pour over (starter paper filters included) - you’ve got options! 🔹BEDROOM🔹 Stretch out on the comfy king size bed with soft 100% cotton sheets in your spacious bedroom with an overhead fan for temperature control. We provide 100% fluffy cotton towels. We also provide a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper for your convenience. Occasional household sounds, common in multi-unit buildings, may be heard from time to time. In over three years of hosting and more than 70 five-star reviews, no guest has ever reported this as a concern. We simply value transparency and want our guests to feel completely informed and at ease before their stay. 🔹LAUNDRY DISCLOSURE🔹 Please note that the laundry is shared with 1 other unit. It is located on the lower level and is accessed through an exterior entrance. For your convenience, there is a second driveway directly beside the laundry room door, making it easy to load and unload laundry if you decide not to use the outdoor stairs. Guests are welcome to use the machines anytime between 8 AM and 9 PM, and we simply ask that you removing laundry promptly when finished. 🔹PARKING DISCLOSURE 🔹 You’ll have one reserved parking spot just a few steps from your door, super easy and convenient. If you have visitors during your stay, we can make an extra spot available for them as well. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances We do not issue refunds for bad weather, power outages, natural disasters, or road closures. These are things outside of our control, and Airbnb offers trip insurance for exactly this reason. If you do need to cancel due to weather or something unexpected, just let us know. We’re happy to relist the dates, and if we’re able to rebook them at an equal or higher rate, we will gladly refund you in full for those nights (minus Airbnb’s fees).
