Whether as a family-friendly starting point for exploration or bike tours to the sights of Lusatia, a base for work stays or just to relax. The space The Dreiseitenhof is located in the Kahren district of the city of Cottbus, not far from the Spreewald and the emerging Cottbus Baltic Sea. Surrounded by many fields and forests. The secondary gelass you rent consists of a large living-dining area with large SmartTV and a work corner, a kitchen with access to the garden and a bathroom with washing machine. The spiral staircase leads to the cozy bedroom under the roof, where mobile air conditioning ensures cool nights in summer. The sofa in the living-dining area can be converted into a cozy double bed. Another guest bed (190 x 80) is available. The entire first floor has underfloor heating. All windows are provided with insect screens. The garden of the Dreiseitenhof, with the old walnut tree in the center, invites you to have a cozy breakfast or spend warm summer evenings at the barbecue or pizza oven. For our little guests, a playhouse with swing, sandbox and slide as well as other toys are available in the garden. Furthermore, there is the option of renting a women's or men's bicycle from us to explore the surrounding area. Guest access You are renting the entire side room. The separate building is accessible from the street, but also from the courtyard or garden. You share the garden with us. Other things to note By bike, you can reach the city center of Cottbus within 40 minutes through Fürst Pückler Park Branitz and along the Spree. A bus stop with a connection to the city center is within walking distance. By car, you can be in the city center within 20 minutes. The journey to the Spreewald takes 40 minutes. A (steam) bakery with an attached grocery store and a butcher are within walking distance in the same street. Other shopping facilities are located, for example, in Lausitz Park, which is a 15-minute drive away. Parking is available in front of the property. Please park on the green space beyond the sidewalk on the street side.
