Charming Gîte 8 people, Quiet & Comfortable in Gimont (32)

Located in the charming Gimontoise countryside, close to the Auch-Toulouse road. Our cottage is in Gimont, a commune in the Gers department, located in the Occitanie region, in the west of France. The central location of Gimont is perfect for discovering South-West France. Between ocean, sea and mountain, you're just a 2-hour drive from these varied landscapes. Gimont is halfway between Toulouse (40 minutes), the pink city and Auch (30 minutes) . The space The cottage is nestled in the heart of a fully organic farm. You will find tranquility and calm, without immediate neighbors, surrounded only by fields and woods. And if you're lucky you can see the deer! Accommodation The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people and includes: - On the ground floor: o A fully equipped open kitchen o A friendly dining room o A living room with a sofa bed (2 seats) o Toilets o One bathroom - Upstairs: o 2 bedrooms equipped with 180x200 beds, each with a bathroom and a separate toilet o 1 bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be brought together to form a queen bed 180x200 - Shared Swimming Pool o The pool is shared with the owners (rather absent due to their farming activity). Domaine d 'En Carignan is an old earthen and half-timbered building, renovated to combine old charm and modern comforts. Since the '68s, this farmhouse has been passed down from generation to generation, initially serving as a shelter for agricultural equipment and animals. It was during the transmission to the third generation that the house and cottage rehabilitation project was born. Come and discover the perfect alliance between old and modern in this idyllic setting. Other things to note We will ask for a security deposit of 1000 euros upon entering. We will return the deposit check after full cleaning by us and check that all equipment is working.
