Charming Gîte 8 people, Quiet & Comfortable in Gimont (32)

Located in the charming Gimont countryside, close to the Auch-Toulouse road. Our gîte is located in Gimont, a municipality in the Gers department, located in the Occitanie region, in the west of France. Gimont's central location is perfect for discovering the South West of France. Between ocean, sea and mountain, you are only 2 hours drive from these varied landscapes. Gimont is halfway between Toulouse (40 min), the pink city and Auch (30 min) . The space The gîte is nestled in the heart of a fully organic farm. You will find tranquility and calm, with no immediate neighbors, surrounded only by fields and woods. And if you're lucky you can see the deer! Accommodation The gîte can accommodate up to 8 guests and includes: - On the ground floor: o A fully equipped open kitchen o A friendly dining room o A living room with a sofa bed (2 seats) o Toilets o One bathroom - Upstairs: o 2 bedrooms equipped with 180 x 200 beds, each with a bathroom and a separate toilet o 1 bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds that can be combined to form a large 180 x 200 bed - Shared Pool o The pool is shared with the owners (rather absent due to their farming activity). The Domaine d'En Carignan is an old earth and timber building, renovated to combine old charm and modern comfort. Since 1968, this farm has been passed down from generation to generation, initially serving as a shelter for agricultural equipment and animals. It was during the transmission to the third generation that the home and cottage rehabilitation project was born. Come and discover the perfect combination of old and modern in this idyllic setting. Other things to note We will ask for a security deposit of 1000 euros at the entrance. We will return the deposit check after complete cleaning by us and verification that all equipment is working.
