An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge. Alarm System: not offered with the listing. This is for owner use only when property is vacant. We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $99 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy. The fireplaces are not allowed for guest use at this time. Under 30 nights it’s $89/day for pool heating. NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum. Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.
