Welcome to Guehenno, a charming Breton village where history and tranquility meet. We invite you to stay in our character house, nestled in the heart of the Morbihan countryside. You will be won over by our region by discovering the villages, Guéhenno and its Calvary, Josselin and its medieval castle on the Nantes to Brest canal (ideal for strolling by bike), the legendary Brocéliande forest, discover Vannes and its Golf course just 30 min away and the beaches 45 min away. The space 18th century farmhouse renovated to modern tastes, bright and spacious. A large living room (60 m2) with an open kitchen, opens onto the private terrace and a large garden shared with the hosts but without neighbors. A veranda on the ground floor will serve as a large laundry room with the washing machine and a Tankarville drying rack, in case of rain. A long clothesline is also available in the garden. The floor offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a small reading area near a window. Guest access Only the very large 3000 m2 garden is shared with the hosts because there is no physical separation as such. The garden is large enough and wooded to offer space and discretion to guests and owners of the place. Your house has independent entrances, without overlooking and is adjoining the guest house (it is a very large farmhouse separated into 2 separate houses). Other things to note You will be in a pleasant and quiet setting, with no traffic and with a discreet and friendly neighborhood. A dairy farm is part of the neighborhood, which adds a "country house" touch to the accommodation.
