You will be concretized by our region by discovering villages, Guéhenno and its calvary, Josselin and its medieval castle on the canal from Nantes to Brest (ideal for strolling by bike), the legendary forest of Brocéliande, discover Vannes and its Golf just 30 min away and the beaches 45 min away. The space Modern 18th century longhouse, light and spacious. A large living room (60 m2) including an open kitchen, opens onto the private terrace and a large garden shared with the guests but without vis-à-vis. A veranda on the ground floor will serve as a large laundry room with the washing machine and a tankarville hanging rack, in case of rain. A long laundry line is also available in the garden. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet and a small reading area near a window. Guest access Only the very large garden of 3000m2 is shared with the hosts because no physical separation as such. The garden is large enough and wooded to provide space and discretion to guests and owners of the place. Your house has independent entrances, without vis-à-vis and is adjoining the guest house (it is a very large longhouse separated into 2 separate houses). Other things to note You will be in a pleasant and quiet setting, with no traffic and with a discreet and friendly neighborhood. A dairy cow farm is part of the neighborhood, which adds a touch of "country house" to the listing.
