Quiet, clean single story home. Open floor plan with a spacious kitchen. Living room has a reclining couch, smart TV with ROKU, and electric fireplace. Hosts will keep master suite closed, but guests will have two bedrooms (one full bed, one twin bed, one crib) and bathroom in the front of the house to themselves. Garage will be in use storing host’s cars, but guests can park on the street. No pets. No smoking. Available as a long term rental. Ideal for 2 adults and a baby/toddler. The space Comfortable place for up to 2 adults and a baby/toddler. One bedroom has a full bed, nightstand, dresser, and half of the closet available. Other bedroom is a nursery and it has a twin bed, crib, diaper changing table, and a rocking chair, but no dressers or closet access. Kitchen has all you need for cooking, including condiments, a Vitamix, and an Instant Pot. Living room has a couch, TV with Roku (must use own subscriptions), and electric fireplace. Some toddler toys, books, and games are available. Bathroom has double sinks, bathtub, and some toiletries. Other things to note Non-smoking property. Please be mindful of any strong smells and smoking as we have severe allergies.
