Welcome! Unusual pied-à-terre to relax in peace and in the heart of nature. Enjoy the simple little joys away from the crowds. The mill is off-center but located 10 minutes from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 minutes from Castéra Verduzan and 20 minutes from Condom. Lots of small atypical villages to discover far from the big cities. Mill equipped for 3 people (and even 4 with a baby in a baby cot in the bedroom). ** Discount rate according to the number of nights ** The space Fully renovated mill on 2 floors with exposed stone. Ground floor composed of the kitchen area (equipped with ceramic hob) and dining area. (Coffee machine: Nespresso (alu capsules)). First floor with living room with sofa bed 110cm (for the 3rd guest) and bathroom/wc Second floor with double bedroom. (Bedding linen provided. Towels provided.). (Possibility to add a baby bed in the bedroom) Wall heating on each floor. VMC in bathroom. Fans in the bedroom and kitchen. Terrace with table, chairs as well as a hammock for idleness. ** Breakfast available on request ** ** For the barbecue, provide your charcoal ** ** Rental of electric bikes possible on request from the tourist office (see flyer) ** ** WIFI: No wifi in the mill but the connection passes with your personal network. ** Pets: We accept your pet and just ask for cleanliness and respect. Other things to note We are in the middle of the countryside in the middle of the fields, so it is possible that, despite all the care taken to clean the mill, there are sometimes, depending on the work of the fields (harvests) and the seasons (heat wave), small harmless insects such as "rapeseed beetles" "meligethes" "grasshoppers".
