We love our condo at Club Wyndham Ocean Walk and want to share it with our guests! This spacious oceanfront three-bedroom resort suite measures 1455 - 1455 square feet. You will enjoy a king in the master bedroom, a king in the 2nd BR, two Double beds in the 3rd BR, and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, and ocean-facing balcony. The space Maximum occupancy is ten. The private sleeping area sleeps eight. The Resort front-desk staff will verify the identity of the guest representative before checking all guests into the resort. During check-in, the Resort will place a $250 hold on the guest representative’s credit card for incidentals. There should be no charges from the resort when the guests leave the condo in good condition. Only the person with a valid guest pass issued by Wyndham Resort can check into the resort. Each reservation includes one guest pass for all registered guests with no additional charge. Any name change for the guest pass will be $99 additional. So, the guest needs to confirm the name, phone number, mailing, and email address of the guest representative with the host at least 7 days before the check-in date. A car is highly recommended if you want to explore the areas fully. The resort offers a complementary parking for one vehicle per reservation with a maximum parking height of 7'4" (88 inches). No RV, trailer or boat parking available at the resort. Any additional vehicle and oversized vehicle must be parked on the street or in the public parking garages; extra cost to the guests may occur for additional vehicles. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, guests will pay 50% for all nights. If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, guests will pay 50% for all nights. If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guests will pay 100% for all nights.
