Perfect for couples and families looking to take advantage of direct water access for a fun day on the lake. The 4-bedroom post and beam style house features a new wrap around deck to enjoy everything from grilling to beautiful evening sunsets. Enjoy lawn games, the fire pit and your own private dock. Comfortably furnished, you'll feel right at home! The space Situated in the foothills of the Berkshires, our home on Queechy Lake is perfect for 4-season fun. Queechy Lake is an impeccably clean and beautiful lake, ideal for boating and swimming in the warmer months. In wintertime when the lake is frozen, you can enjoy skating as well (just bring your own skates). We are also located close to Jiminy Peak, Bousquet, Butternut and Catamount Ski Resorts! The house has two levels. There are three bedrooms on the first floor (one queen bedroom, one double twin bedroom, and one room with twin bunks and one single twin). The open kitchen layout is ideal for cooking in, with ample seating at the dining table for the entire party. The huge living room is perfect for movie night and has a massive sofa for everyone to pile on. There is also a sunroom with additional seating and a second dining table. The full bathroom on the first floor has a brand new shower. Upstairs is the king suite, with a king bed and ensuite bath with soaking tub. The upper landing has additional seating and a daybed. Laundry is in the basement. The lawn is spacious and perfect for playing cornhole or bocce. The dock is located across the road from the house. The dock is private but one must cross Queechy Lake Drive to access it. Finally, the firepit is the perfect spot to hang at the end of a long day on the lake or the slopes! Guest access The whole house and dock is for your use, including paddle boards and a kayak.
