Our villa is available for rental from December to the end of April VILLA CLASSIFIED 4* at the Comité Martiniquais du Tourisme It is located on flat land ( rare in Martinique) The villa is ideally located to discover the most beautiful beaches of Martinique (Anse à l 'âne 200 meters away, Les Anses d' Arlets, le Diamant...) You can take the shuttle to Fort de France to discover its markets and colorful streets. You are within walking distance of all amenities (bakery, Carrefour Market, en primeur, tobacconist, souvenir shops, restaurants, snacks) But also diving clubs, sea walk (dolphins, turtles, and others) water activities, 5 minutes from the golf course, 10 minutes from the casino, 10 minutes from Anse mitan and Pointe du bout . The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, 2 toilets (including 1 separate), a living room, an equipped kitchen and a large covered outdoor area. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The first bedroom has a 160cm double bed and a dresser. The second bedroom has two beds of 90 cm or 180 cm + 1 dressing room. The third bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm with its private bathroom (Italian shower), its toilet and a dressing room. It enjoys access to the terrace facing the pool. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, electric oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and everything you need to cook. (Chopper, blender, yogurt maker, sorbetière…) In the laundry room at your disposal: a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a vacuum cleaner.
