Between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, this home not only offers direct beach access at end of the street but also backs to the 40 Acre Bicentennial Park. This county park includes a dog park, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bike trail, river kayak launch & fishing pier on the Halifax. New Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Private fenced in back yard with Tiki bar with outlets and big TV. Outside shower with hot and cold water. The space Utilities Policy: All utilities are paid by the owner up to a maximum of $125 per month. Any utility charges over $125 per month will be the responsibility of the tenants. Water Bill: The owner will cover the water bill up to $50 per month. Any water charges over $50 per month will be paid by the tenants. For reference, the average monthly water bill is approximately $30, and the average electric bill during summer months ranges between $75 and $125. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. There is one closet and the outside shed that will be locked.
