Spacious Cozy Suite

This is a very spacious walk-out basement . The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, coffee machine, microwave, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use. The two cozy bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a double bed respectively, and a private bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a dressing table, sofa, sheets, quilts and pillows. The space This house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood with trees and ivy dotted throughout. The community flowers are in full bloom in spring and fall, which is very beautiful. Clean sidewalks are perfect for a leisurely walk or run. Across from the house is the community swimming pool and small park. There are some commercial centers nearby . The Maryland Sports Center is also near the community. It is also very convenient to go to Washington DC, which can be reached in about 40 minutes by car or by subway. Ronald Reagan Airport, Dulles Airport, and Baltimore Airport are all about a 45-minute drive from our house, and the Clarksburg Outlets are about a 10-minute drive. Guest access Guests can park on Broken Timber Way Street to the west of the house and then turn left to enter the rear of the house. The backyard has a separate entrance with nine steps. Doors unlock before guests arrive, allowing direct access to the rooms. At night, motion-activated lights illuminate the steps. Other things to note This house is smoke free and any types of smoke including e-cigarette or weed are prohibited! Guests are required to be in good health; individuals suffering from any medical conditions are not permitted to stay. Basement kitchens are not suitable for complex cooking, otherwise the power will trip. Don't throw too much toilet paper or other debris into the toilet to prevent it from clogging. The basement door should be closed immediately when entering or exiting, otherwise small animals might get in.
