The space Welcome to Villa Malia, a stunning retreat in the heart of the Cycladic island of Syros. With its unique style, vibrant colours, and breathtaking views of the island and the Aegean Sea, our villa offers the perfect blend of tranquil relaxation and easy access to adventure. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms & the open bedroom-office, it's the ideal getaway for families or groups of friends. Our home is set on a spacious 5,000 m² plot, surrounded by 23 olive trees (from which we produce our own olive oil), fragrant rosemary, and other local Cycladic flora. As you arrive at the private parking area, a well-lit path leads to the entrance patio, where hibiscus and jasmine greet you on the sides of the broad steps to the main door. Outdoor Living >Infinity Pool & Terraces: The villa is wrapped in wide terraces, offering a mix of sunny spots and shaded retreats under bamboo pergolas. The star of the show is the 40 m² infinity pool, which melts into the horizon. >Unforgettable Views: From the pool and terraces, enjoy spectacular panoramic views during the day. At night, discrete lighting creates a magical atmosphere for stargazing. >Relax & Dine Alfresco: The main veranda features a large dining table with comfortable armchairs, perfect for outdoor meals. Beside the pool, a sun deck with a large parasol, sunbeds, and an outdoor shower invites you to relax and soak up the Greek sun. Indoor Comfort >Living Room: A bright and airy living room features a high ceiling, large windows, and air conditioning. Furnished with a comfortable four-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table, it’s the perfect place to unwind. French doors open directly onto the main veranda. > Study / Open Bedroom: Connected to the living room by a small stair, this quiet area features a wooden desk and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests. Please note this is an open-plan space. > Kitchen & Dining: A broad, 3-step stairway leads up from the living room to the dining area, where you'll find a beautiful wooden table for eight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and a door provides easy access to the outdoor dining area. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Located on the lower floor for privacy and coolness, our three bedrooms are a peaceful haven for rest. > Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable double bed (with a custom iron frame made by a local blacksmith), a ceiling fan, and space for a baby cot upon request. > Two Twin Bedrooms: Each has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed if you prefer. > All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. The villa has two bathrooms and a separate toilet: > Main Bathroom: A large bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, two wash basins with a large mirror, and a washing machine. > Second Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a single wash basin with a mirror. > Separate WC: A convenient, separate toilet is located next to the main bathroom.
