Fabulous countryside private annex, near Ascot

Whether you are working, visiting friends & family, moving out for builders or attending a local event, this is a lovely space to stay. Sleeps up to 2 adults (plus pull out mattress for young child if requested). Surrounded by countryside, but very close to Bracknell, Windsor, Legoland, Henley, Ascot Racecourse, Wentworth Golf and easy trains to Waterloo/Paddington London. The space A self-contained, duplex apartment in a separate annex, attached to our main house, in an idyllic country setting. Little House is a converted space behind and above our double garage. It has private french door entrance from the back porch which opens into a bright, modern open-plan kitchen-dining-sitting room. The kitchen has sink and counter space. It is fitted with microwave/combination oven, air-fryer, single hob plate, Nespresso machine, fridge (with small freezer compartment), dishwasher, and washing machine. The round dining table to seat 2 comfortably for meals and also is well suited as a workstation for laptop usage. The sofa seats 2 comfortably with cosy cushions and blanket. Kitchen basics and cleaning products all supplied. Upstairs opens into the large, airy loft bedroom with comfy double bed, bedside table storage, large chest of drawers and smart TV (Sky & Netflix included). For your comfort, bedding is a luxury Hungarian down duvet and cotton linens. Separate bathroom has hanging clothes closet, large separate shower, basin with storage and beautiful egg bath with stunning views across river and countryside. Fluffy towels and bath mat provided. Wifi internet access. Private off street parking for one car. Guest access Full free private use of the studio and private front door, with shared access to back patio and side garden with small table for breakfast coffees or evening sundowners! We also have an orchard and meadow over the river which, with permission, can be used for picnics, fishing and visiting the neighboring Alpacas! BBQ can be borrowed for alfresco cooking. We will have a small welcome pack to be waiting for you on arrival if requested. Note: we do have two very lovely Labrador dogs who also have free access to the garden and may pop in to say hello if your door is open. Cleaning: I don't charge for cleaning and so expect you please leaving the property as clean and tidy as you found it. However if you would prefer not to have to clean before you leave, I can arrange to have cleaners come in for a pre-agreed charge of £25. I also supply a welcome pack and all basics, such as salt, tea and coffee, loo paper and dish tablets etc so please only use what you need and leave the rest for future guests.
