A staircase from 1850 leads you to this unique independent apartment on the 1st floor. The Loft is located on Rue Haute and offers one of the best views of the village over the Loir and the surrounding countryside. The owner took great care to use authentic techniques and traditional materials, which resulted in a high-quality renovation. The space The Loft is tastefully decorated with several unique recycled furniture and handmade accessories. There is a comfortable and open-plan living area and the kitchen area (equipped with a gas stove) is fully equipped for your independent catering needs. The sofa easily converts into a small double bed and the double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. A separate toilet has been created and a comfortable outdoor dining area is available to guests. Guest access The entire apartment is reserved for tenants. They have independent private access. Other things to note Nowadays, the picturesque troglodyte village of Trôo is well known for its troglodyte dwellings and idyllic landscapes, but in medieval times, Trôo was a prosperous fortified city of strategic importance. Although the castle no longer exists, the testimonies of Trôo's rich and fascinating history remain in the form of seven classified historical monuments, between which one strolls along flowered alleys, exploring their successive staircases, glimpsing innumerable cave entrances and vestiges of a bygone era. In the evening, admire the fabulous sunset from the windows of the Bellevue Loft and nourish your soul...
