Embrace peaceful lake life at The Metro Detroit Beach House. Our lakefront home sits on the sandy shores of Bogie Lake, a clean, electric-motors-only lake. Step into our open-concept living space perfect for families or large groups. Outside you will find a beachfront fire pit and a refreshing outdoor shower. Cozy up on the couch in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on our smart tv. Head to dinner in downtown Milford or whip up something yourself in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The space Our home is built on a hill so there are a couple step downs between different areas in the house and three steps down leading to the front door. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home except for the garage, storage room, and mechanical room. Other things to note -Firewood is not provided. -Kayaks and outdoor amenities are provided from May 15th-October 10th -Our home is on a well and uses an on-demand (tankless) water heater. The system works great, but water pressure can drop if multiple water sources are used at the same time. To keep the best pressure and temperature in the shower, please try to avoid running other fixtures (dishwasher, washing machine, additional showers, etc.) at the same time. This is normal for well systems and everything will return to full pressure shortly after other water use stops.
