The bathroom has a large clothes closet, a laundry closet, and plenty of drawers and cabinet space for toiletries. Guest access The entire guest house is yours to enjoy! There is outside seating in the attached carporch. Other things to note For the past 27 years, I have leased my guest house as an unfurnished rental. All tenants have loved it; in fact, two different tenants remained here over 5 years apiece. This year, I decided to offer it as a furnished rental and make it available to mid-term (or long-term) tenants. I am less than a mile from UMMC, close to Millsaps and Belhaven, and near the state Capitol and downtown Jackson.
