Villa Bôtja is the perfect place to meet and recharge with family or friends. It welcomes you in a beautiful setting and gives you a feeling of fullness with its land of more than 6000 m2 of trees that is available to you. Less than an hour from Paris, everything is there, heated pool up to 30°, ping-pong, foosball, barbecue, 20 m2 playground for the little ones. A SONOS sound system surrounds the entire villa inside and out. The space Villa Bôtja extends over a plot of more than 6000 m2 of woodland, and has an area of about 170 m2, spread over two floors. The house has been fully renovated and is ready to welcome you. As soon as you enter the villa, there's the possibility to park many cars. You will then arrive by entering the villa in the main room of more than 70 m2 in which there is an open kitchen, a living room facing a period fireplace as well as a dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people. A first bedroom overlooking the entrance gardens with a 160 X 200 cm queen-size bed, its own smart TV and built-in storage. A second bedroom overlooking the pool and main garden with a 160 X 200 CM queen-size bed, its own SMART TV and built-in storage. A third dormitory bedroom that can accommodate 3 people in 90 X 190 cm beds. A bathroom to share between these three bedrooms and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, the master bedroom & the dormitory. The master bedroom will welcome you with an island bathtub, a suspended SMART TV and a very cozy atmosphere with its own sink. The dormitory can accommodate up to 3 people in 90 X 190 CM beds with its adjoining bathroom on the landing facing a very cozy reading area. A SONOS sound system has been installed throughout the house, even outside allowing you to enjoy very high quality sound in every location. An air conditioning system has also been installed and the complete insulation of the house has been redone. The exterior is a peaceful oasis, with a terrace of more than 200 m2 overlooking a heated 29° relaxation pool with spa. A play area also allows the little ones to have fun all year round. Guest access You will have access to the whole villa, to make yourself at home. Other things to note Linens and pool towels are provided. Don't worry, everything is there! Garden furniture and outdoor furniture will only be available during the pool opening period. Outside this period, all furniture is protected from the weather. - pool is open and heated from May to September inclusive. * Water temperature in summer from 28 to 30°C (July/August) * Outside this period in spring and fall the temperature is set at 26°C. - Pool not accessible and winterized from September 30.
