Brook St has a large two-story brick home set on a battleaxe elevated block and fully screened from the street. It has a private south-facing paved courtyard perfect for hot summer afternoons. The front yard has a large lawn area ideal for lounging, playing games and enjoying the morning sun. There is parking for six cars. Sleeping The home features six bedrooms, five with queen beds and one with a double bed.
