This historic Garden Flat combines old-world charm with peaceful comfort – complete with a private pool and a breathtaking natural cave beneath. The standout feature of our home is the amazing cave with running water beneath, creating a truly magical ambiance. Built centuries ago, it offers a glimte into the past, with its originalt Stone STAIRCASE from the 14th century and the amazing cave. The combination of historic charm and modern comfort, such as a private pool and a beatufull patio, creates a one of a kind experience. Additionally the house is located in the picturesque Quercy Blanc region, known for its old villages, antique markets and delightful restaurants, adding to the overall charm and appeal of your stay Castelnau-Montratier, located in the Lot department of the Occitanie region in southern France, is a charming village known for its picturesque architecture and vibrant community life. The village features a central square, Place Gambetta, surrounded by historic arcades that house various restaurants and shops, contributing to its lively atmosphere.   THE FLAT INCLUDES: When you enter, you will se a stone staircase from the 14th century - and downstairs is where you find this unusual flat: From the long entrence, you go right,some steps down to the most AMAZING CAVE with underneath running water - at the other side of the corridor you will enter the wooden staircase - to the left is the bathroom, and to the other side the lovely bedroom - with view to the beatufull PATIO, comforting and inviting, perfect for relaxing, after a day of exploring. KITCHEN, at the end of the patio - fully equipped with EVRYTHING you need to prepare your favourite meal. Guest access Enter through the main door of the house and descend to the “Garden Flat by following a long corridor, with the amazing cave on your right. Cliemb the wooden staircase to find the spaccius bathroom with an ancien washbasin and a modern shower room . Next to the bathroom a lovely bedroom , with a beautiful view of the patio and pool. This enchanting space combines historical charm with modern comfort, offering a truly unforgettable experience. As my guest, you will have exclusive acces to the entire flat. When it’s very hot,you can cool off in the AMAZING Cave, but Im sure you’ll mostly enjoy lounging in the patio and relaxing on the sunbed by the pool. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a very old house, and some of the staircases are steep and uneven. It adds to the charm, but may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
