Peerie Linga, cosy studio with seaviews

In a quieter part of Brae, the busiest and largest town in the North Mainland of Shetland, Peerie Linga is a great cosy base to explore Shetland on holiday but also a great location for business trips. Within walking distance to the local fuel station, convenience store and leisure centre as well as a 25 minute drive to the Capital town of Lerwick. The space This cosy one bedroom home has a large carpeted double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Towels and bedlinen are provided. The open kitchen living space has a smart flatscreen tv with Sky (sky sports and tnt sports), Sonos and there is WiFi throughout the house. There is also a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a hob, oven, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is air source heating and underfloor heating is in the bathroom. Free parking is available at the rear of the property. There is a small decking area in front of the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful sea views with a cuppa! Guest access Peerie Linga is located on the same grounds as our personal home ‘Lingaview’. Guests will have access to the decking area outside of the patio doors to enjoy the seaviews with a morning cuppa, however the other outside spaces around the property are only available for our friendly pet cat Mittens to roam!
