The space This stunning penthouse includes a wrap around terrace with a beautiful sea view. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar quite clearly from the distance. There is a fully equipped kitchen, wide screen TV, lounge area and dinning table to seat 6 people. However there are more chairs and a small table available in the kitchen for extra seating and comfort. For guests who wish to host meals outdoors there is a fully equipped BBQ on the first floor of the terrace which overlooks the sea and mountains. There are two floors with spacious outdoor space with marble flooring that runs throughout the penthouse. The terrace looks over stunning gardens, sea views and a swimming pool where there is a lounge area, dinning table and a couple of sunbeds to relax on. Upstairs our swinging egg chair looks over the sea and mountains and makes it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with the lounge area and kitchen. This includes the primary bedroom and ensuit. Both rooms include a double bed. The second floor has two bedrooms both with ensuits. This includes a room with two single beds and shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed with a large bathtub in the ensuit. The landing area has a separate door which takes you onto the top terrace which overlooks the stunning mountains. This allows the second floor to have its own personal outdoor space. There is a communal pool kept in a landscaped garden which provides the perfect place to relax. There is also a children's pool in the same area making this property perfect for family holidays as well as group get togethers. Guest access The access to the property is through a gated complex. This is accessed with a key which leads to the apartment blocks. We are the first property on the left. There are both steps and an elevator to the apartment. The elevator requires a key for the penthouse which we will provide. Please note the key needs to be removed and kept safe once used in the elevator so this can be used inside the apartment to access the lift again.
