RULES: NO PARTIES or groups over 4 persons in your unit (at any time) will be permitted on the premises, no exceptions- this is a family neighborhood. Additional unregistered guests (any additional people more than 4 persons at any time) will incur a $35 charge per person and potential termination of your reservation for having a party. NO SMOKING - Outside area ONLY, 10 feet from unit door, backyard is available for use NO MAIL OR PACKAGES OF ANY KIND to be delivered or sent to the property during your stay. Please use amazon lockers nearest location or USPS down the street. ONLY TWO CARS for your reservation permitted on the property. You are notified prior to booking that you are only to bring two cars or less. Do not bring more than TWO cars to the property at any time (even if the third and fourth guest is meeting you there, there cannot be more than 2 cars).
