Hartington Apartment is perfect for exploring the Peak District. Ideal for walking & cycling with footpaths from the door and direct access to the Tissington Trail cycle route. Just 20 mins drive from Alton Towers. Shared, heated swimming pool open May - end September. Sleeps 4. One of 4 self catering properties at Callow Top Park. Between May & September you'll have use of the outdoor swimming pool (heated) which is shared with the campsite. The space Hartington Apartment is a well equipped and cosy base for your short break or holiday in Derbyshire. You'll be just 20 mins walk or 5 minutes drive from Ashbourne, perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Between Easter and October you'll also have use of the holiday park facilities including children's play area, games room & shop. Guest access Sleeps up to 4 guests. Double bedroom with en-suite toilet/wash basin. Twin bedroom. Cosy living room with Freeview TV & reclining leather sofa. Fully fitted kitchen with oven/grill, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge with freezer compartment. Family Bathroom with above bath shower. Your stay includes fresh linen and tea towels but you'll need to bring your own towels. Cot & high chair can be provided on request. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor and accessed up a flight of stone steps. Parking is not adjacent to the flat and is approx 75 metres away. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor accessed by a flight of stone steps. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Guests have use of our on site coarse fishing lake (make sure you bring your own tackle with you) for an additional charge of £7 per day for an adult using 1 rod. The apartment is available from 2pm on your arrival day and check-out time is 10am on your departure day. Linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels. Please let us know before arrival if you require a high chair or travel cot. The cot won't fit in either of the bedrooms so would be located in the large hallway adjacent to the bedrooms. The swimming pool is open 2nd May - 28th September 2025. It is shared with campsite guests. EV charging is available on site (chargeable).
