Bethel Annex

Bethel Annex is a beautiful, private self-contained flat attached to our family home. Perfect as a comfortable base for working away from home or when exploring leafy Birmingham. Close to all transport links into Birmingham, the University, QE and Royal Orthopaedic Hospitals, Bournville Police Station and Cadbury World. We know that you will find your stay relaxing and refreshing and look forward to welcoming you here. The space The accommodation is a private ground floor annexe/flat linked to the main part of our house through a shared hallway. The annex flat is open plan and comprises of; Spacious light bedroom with one double bed and plenty of storage (chest of drawers, bedside unit and open wardrobe). Sitting area with comfortable seating and views through the patio doors onto the main family garden. Kitchen/dinning area has ample amenities such as fridge, 2-ring hob, toaster, microwave, sink and drajning unit, utensils, plates, cups and glasses, saucepans and cutlery. A table and chairs. Ensuite bathroom, comprises of a walk in shower, toilet, sink, basic toiletries and towel radiator. Guests may use the washing machine in the share hallway by arrangement. Free wifi, fresh bed linen and fresh towels provided. Off street parking is available. Guest access Guests access the annex via the green front door into a shared hallway. Through a separate door into Bethal Annex. You will have your own front door key to the property and the annex. Other things to note We can accommodate children, for an extra charge too. Though it will be in either an airbed or fold out bed. Please feel free to ask and we can discuss a price. Dogs and pets: Sorry we do NOT allow pets due to allergies. No smoking on the property. We don't take on the day bookings and only accept 2 nights minimum stay. We will only accept bookings with full Airbnb verifications. As this is our family home we request appropriate behaviour and courtesy. No extra guests or loud noise in the evenings please. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
