The property is located 6 minutes from Alstonville, 20 minutes to Ballina and the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport, and around 30 minutes to Cape Byron Lighthouse. The space This quiet and cosy studio cottage is located on a rural property with the convenience of being just minutes from shops and amenities at Wollongbar and Alstonville. Our hens free range in the afternoon around our property that’s surrounded by native flora and fauna. You may hear or see our resident possums and the occasional frogmouths at night. During the day the beautiful songs of the the local birds can be heard. The iconic laughing of kookaburras or the stunning sound of whip birds surround you. There are always plenty of birds to be spotted from the cottages own private undercover patio looking into our gorgeous rainforest. Guest access Guests can enjoy the self-contained cottage in a peaceful rural setting. On-site parking available and is just a short drive from the Bruxner Highway. The cottage is for your exclusive use. There is a private main house and shed on the same property. There is a washing machine in the cabin for clothes. Larger items can be done in the main Laundry (shared) available upon request. Please feel free to wander over and see our highland cattle near the cattle yards to the right of driveway when you enter. Other things to note We strive to be as sustainable as possible. Please recycle where possible and use the allocated bins. All our hand, body wash and cleaning products are septic friendly. Please NO BLEACH PRODUCTS. As it damages our septic system.
