The Coach House

Relax in this calm place. Please note the flat is not suitable for young children. There is a staircase up to the flat. We provide ingredients for you to cook your first morning’s breakfast as well as tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a few little treats. We will check with you before arrival on your preferences, etc. The space Two-bedroomed flat in Victorian building. The Coach House is a detached building next to our house. The Airbnb flat is the entire upstairs. We use the downstairs area occasionally. There are two bedrooms (king and single), a kitchen with fitted appliances and shower room with shower cubicle and toiletries. The downstairs has laundry facilities with an ironing board and steam iron also. We are happy for you to use these but please ask so I can make sure they are not in use. Outside the Coach House is a courtyard and small bistro table and chairs that you are very welcome to use. The front driveway is for your exclusive use. Please make sure all gates are kept shut. Our gentle, senior golden retriever Barney will love to say hello! Guest access Guests have access to * upstairs flat of the Coach House * downstairs lobby area (by front door) for shoes, umbrellas etc * utility area by prior request * outside Coach House, courtyard area Other things to note The stairs up to the flat are slightly deeper than average stairs with handrails either side for ease. For your added safety there is a fire escape ladder outside the bedroom window.
