MAY-OCT ONLY! Our Hemingway Cottage is nestled within a gated waterfront resort in the heart of NH Lakes Region. It is family friendly, just steps from a playground and large beach with roped swimming area, float and boat ramp. It features privacy, fire pit, AC, internet, patio with gazebo, views of nature and osprey nest, ample parking, and just 2 miles from stores and restaurants and 90 min from Boston.. HOA rules apply. Cars restricted to 5 mph for safety. Guests provide own linens. The space A private cottage within a special resort community of like-minded NH Lake loving people. Guest access The whole cottage and all community public spaces. Other things to note follow all community rules, use discretion, keep sounds down, and travel at 5 mph only (violators will be asked to leave).
