It's our family's beach house. It is located in Barra do Saí, 300 meters from Praia das Conchas, the best beach in Itapoá. A clean and peaceful beach. Easy access to the Barra Fish Market, Bakery, Market; Take the opportunity to see the sunset where the river meets the sea! So, welcome everyone. The space - Guaranteed fun for children, with a SLIDE and various types of pool FLOATS for children's enjoyment. - Come and enjoy the pool with a waterfall and night lighting (which can be covered for safety). - For your comfort, our house has 4 bedrooms, all of them AIR-CONDITIONED with AIR-CONDITIONING and ceiling fans; - All our rooms have 1 queen or double bed, plus 1 single bed per room; - We have 2 barbecue grills (with grills and skewers), so you can choose where you prefer to have your barbecue, if you prefer to extend the hours without waking up the other guests; - Enjoy the wind on the balcony and our lawn with palm trees, garden and plants; - Our kitchen has a refrigerator, electric kettle for your breakfast, electric oven, microwave oven, cooktop, large air fryer, which inspire gastronomic creations with seafood from the Fish Market. - Our house has 2 large bathrooms and 2 wonderful showers for a relaxing bath; - Our large living room is divided into two environments , one for meals and the other to enjoy the TV on our collapsible sofa, so you have moments of distraction of rest. - Our entire house has ceiling fans. - We offer external garage for 2 cars; village - We provide you with 4 beach chairs. - We also have a washing machine and laundry with tank. All for you to feel at home, only on the beach! Guest access The whole house can be used. Other things to note I'm 100% available.
