The space A Grade Two Listed period property in a central location on the High Street in a classic Cotswold town. Please be aware that due to the age of the property there are some low beams/doorways and some areas you may have to duck. Bedrooms Bedroom one: Double bed with en suite bathroom Bedroom two: Double bed and additional single bed with en suite bathroom with a bath Bedroom three: King sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Bedroom four: Located on the top floo,r it's a lovely large room with a king sized bed, a daybed and a cot for a baby if required. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom five: Off from bedroom three, this bedroom has two single beds and shares the bathroom with Bedroom 3. It's a lovely quiet room overlooking the garden. Living room The living room is beautifully decorated and has a log burner that can be used. One bag of logs are provided to start you off. Games Room The games room is the perfect place for a little friendly competition with an arcade machine set up for one or two player games, and a pinball machine for a real retro revival. Kitchen The kitchen has been recently upgraded and has plenty of utensils for cooking and dining. Modern facilities, induction hob within the new Island, ice maker and Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine. Snug Working fire place, dining table for eight guests, as well as a Wurlitzer JukeBox! The garden The house benefits from having a secure stone walled garden which gets plenty of sunlight. There is a quiet seating area and a firepit. There's also an outdoor dining area on the patio perfect for bbqs in the warmer months. The garden has a charcoal bbq. Guest Parking There is free parking on the high street directly outside the property. Other things to note A welcome pack awaits each new guest with some useful goodies to aid the start of your visit.
