Guest access The hostel has a front and back yard, living room and star to share with other guests Other things to note Ladies and gentlemen, with all due respect, if you are an older adult and/or a pensioner and you are coming with your honeymoon partner, this is not the place for you. You deserve a more comfortable place, or remember and keep in mind the price you are paying!!!! Also: If you think you are 'good people'; and If you think your money is worth more; and If you arrive at the time you want without notifying the arrival time, even if the platform gives you that option or even if you are asked in the process and do not respond, because nobody is waiting for you; and If when you arrive hours before check-in (check-in time) and you do not understand that there are possibly tourists completing their cycle of use of the room until the regular time, then you have to wait for the check-in time; If, in addition, on the day of departure, you exceed the check-out time by hours without caring about the next tourist's time, then you will be fined; If you do not understand that you are coming to the Amazon (jungle, heavy rain, sun, heat, mosquitoes...); and If you come to complain because you do not understand that you are arriving in a town abandoned by the government, under construction and that there is no decent internet; and If you feel uncomfortable reading this, and if you feel alluded to or IF you comply with that attitude and way of life, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!!! The place, the place is a HOSTEL, in fact it is called 'HOSTEL LETICIA', and therefore do not be confused, it is not a family home and therefore you will find the place possibly full of tourists from all over the planet, for that and a thousand reasons that are not relevant, THE KITCHEN IS NOT AVAILABLE. Note for new and first-time guests: When you make a payment for a reservation by card, the money is received by the platform and NOT the host. Hosts only receive the money in the afternoon of the day after your arrival. That is, if you decide to make modifications or cancellations or alter the number of days, etc.; know and understand that the money is not held by the host, but by the platform. In short, you have to request it from the platform and not from the host. Extra note: Here the internet is the most expensive, useless and worst in Colombia and possibly in the world, and very regular to bad data. Leticia in general and the hostel are not the right place for jobs that require constant connection! Here there is no concept of Uber, Rappi, Netflix, video call or others. To give you an idea, here people who need to pay 500 thousand pesos for half a Mega and it's still very, very bad!! Note: If the booking is not for yourself, please do not book for third parties, and if you do, make sure you understand and/or have read these rules. Another note: you have to do the cleaning yourself, it is self-cleaning. If you need more towels, other sheets, more toilet paper or soap, you can request it from the host. A dustpan and broom are always left in sight, you can also request a mop if necessary. New note 09/26/2025: If I enter the room, it is because you either did not listen to the rules or you do not pay attention. If I enter, it is usually because you do not close the windows or the door to the balcony and possibly everything gets wet due to the intense rains that always occur or because a cat, animal or rodents can enter.
