Other things to note The property is part of a multi-unit building, on the second floor. There are several steps needed to walk up to get into the unit. Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee. Please contact the host in advance for details. Any late check out without prior notice to the host will be subject to a $10 fee, billed in 10 minute increments. Parking is available behind the building. Street parking overnight is not allowed during the winter. The town typically enforces this during heavy snow, usually by towing, but they don’t give notice when enforcement will happen. Remember, you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.8 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse pets based on age, sexe, breed and/or if they are fixed or not. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. Deposits may be required.
