Hollens Farm Cottage is a cosy and traditional Lakeland 2 bed cottage. Features include wood beams, Lakeland flagged floor in the kitchen, log burner, Range style dual fuel cooker, central heating and characterful downstairs bathroom, our cottage has it all. With a south facing courtyard, ample parking for 2 cars and all the amenities Grasmere village has to offer only a short walk away. There are an abundance of delightful walks straight from the doorstep of our Grasmere cottage. SORRY NO PETS The space Lounge ;- Our warm and cosy lounge has a log burner, traditional wood beams, smart TV and seating for 4. Kitchen;- Traditional Lakeland kitchen with flagged floor, pine table and seating for 4, wood beams, Range style Dual Fuel Cooker, microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, along with crockery, cutlery and pans. Bathroom;- Situated on the ground floor, there is a bath with shower over, ornate corner sink, high level flush toilet, towel warmer, shaver point and under floor heating. Master Bedroom;- King-size bed, pine bedroom furniture, window seat with views over the roof tops towards Silver Howe and Sour Milk Ghyll, vaulted ceiling with Velux roof light. The bed will be made up for your arrival. Twin Bedroom;- 2 Single beds, pine bedroom furniture, views over the courtyard towards Loughrigg Fell and Velux roof light. The beds will be made up for your arrival. Courtyard;- Parking for 1 car and outside seating for 4. There is also parking for 1 small car in front of our garage. Please note that guests do not have access to our garage. STRICTLY NO PETS/SMOKING/VAPING Guest access Guests have full use of Hollens Farm Cottage apart from our garage.
