About 80 km from the southern outskirts of Berlin, idyllic Gut Ahlsdorf (near Schönewalde) is located. Our two cozy and stylish apartments in the former gardener and estate manager's house offer enough space for 6-7 people plus 1 cot with up to 3 bedrooms each. The apartment on the raised ground floor can only be booked directly via the homepage of Schloss Ahlsdorf (the last pictures in the picture gallery are the ground floor apartment). The space The cozy, quiet apartment on the upper ground floor consists of a beautiful living room with a large, extendable dining table and central heating. The separate kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice bathroom with tub, separate shower and washing machine. IF REQUIRED, UP TO 2 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS CAN BE BOOKED (one with a double bed, one with 3 bunk beds with extra access from the hallway) as well as an additional guest toilet. The apartment size is about 110 m² at maximum occupancy. All beds have quality mattresses. On request, we will make the beds with comfortable linen and provide towels (linen package €15/person per stay) The apartment is right next to our stately barn, so you can reach your accommodation in just a few steps after a party. Another, similarly beautiful apartment with 6 beds can be booked on the 2nd floor. History: Gut Ahlsdorf was first mentioned in 1480. Most recently, the estate was owned by the von Siemens family until its expropriation in 1945. Georg Siemens was co-owner of Siemens and Halske, today Siemens. His son Georg von Siemens was the first CEO of Deutsche Bank for over 30 years and was instrumental in the construction of the Baghdad Railway, the founding of AEG and railway construction in North America. Guest access The 17-hectare Schlosspark is open to the public and is currently temporarily closed by the owner, the city of Schönewalde. In front of the estate manager's house there is a private terrace in the entrance area, which can be used by all guests of the two apartments. Not far from the apartment is a new adventure playground for children. Other things to note The rental price does not include linen. If you do not bring your own linen, we offer a linen package with bed linen, towels and kitchen towels at a price of €15 per person. The linen package must be ordered in advance when booking and paid in cash upon arrival.
