The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the doorstep and one of the best pubs in Cheshire, The Lodge (CAMRA Pub of the Year Award 23 & 24) is about 80 yards from the front door. There are a number of great restaurants just around the corner. Alsager train station is approximately a 6 or 7 minute walk away which provides for easy access to Crewe, Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent and beyond. Local bus stops are approximately 100 metres away. Alsager is situated in South Cheshire and is a bustling little town with independent shops and plenty of options to eat and socialise. There are also some outlying great eating venues such as the Broughton near Weston and the Blue Bell at Smallwood. For walkers, The Peak District is a short 30 to 40 minute drive away.
